Hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving! Now that we are on the subject of food here is Carol and I hanging out with Ming Tsai- “Restaurateur Blue Ginger Restaurant” during a taping of one of his shows and guest Chef Frank McClelland- owner of L’Espalier, New England’s most decorated independent restaurant with twelve consecutive AAA Five Diamond Awards (the only one in Boston) and twelve consecutive Forbes (Mobil) Four-Star awards. Ming Tsai is in his 11th season. What an amazing talent he is.
